programsOTLR was founded in 2015 by Jake Edwards, with the vision to connect lives and communities through conversation.
OTLR focuses on providing critical education for mental health and other social issues, while also providing education for communities to build mental health literacy skills to increase and maintain their positive mental wellbeing.
OTLR provides education to sporting clubs, schools and businesses across Australia to change the game for mental health in all communities.

Sporting clubs
OTLR's Changing the Game for Mental Health programs in sporting clubs takes a holistic approach to mental wellbeing and building strong, successful club cultures.
Designed to engage and inspire all members of the sporting club, from athletes, to coaches, support staff, volunteers, committee members and supporters.
To be a successful club, members need to be connected and supported. Through OTLRs programs, clubs can change the game for the wellbeing of their community.
